Projects proposed
1. Loudoun Valley Estates II, Section 6, east side of Loudoun County Parkway, at Evergreen Ridge Drive. Subdivide 145 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre) 4) for 122 residential lots.
2. Meeting House Farm, 19074 Telegraph Springs Rd. Subdivide 90 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for 16 lots, two rural economy lots, open parcels and right-of-way dedication.
3. Reserve at Waterford, Section B, northeast corner of Berlin Turnpike and John Wolford Road. Subdivide 61 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for 10 cluster lots, two rural economy lots and four open parcels.
4. Arcola Substation, east side of Lightridge Farm Road and west side of Gum Spring Road. Special exception to allow expansion of an electrical substation on 390 acres zoned TR3LF (transitional residential-3).
5. Loudoun Water-Water Storage, 42987 Jackpit Lane. Special exception to allow a public utility in the flood plain on 80.61 acres zoned MR-HI (mineral resources-heavy industrial).
6. A.G. Paintball Games, east side of Gant Lane near Cochran Mill Road. Private gravel roadway and parking area to serve the A.G. Paintball facility on 2.9 acres zoned TR-10 (transitional residential-10).
7. Stone Ridge, Section 17, east side of Millstream Drive and west of Gum Spring Road, north of Amber Spring Court. A 163-unit multifamily development on 6.29 acres zoned R-24 (multifamily residential-24 units per acre).
8. Safeway alteration, northwest corner of South King Street and Catoctin Circle SW, 37,788-square-foot interior alteration for new floor plan for Safeway store on 4.58 acres zoned towns.
9. Village at Leesburg Theatre, southwest corner of East Market Street and River Creek Parkway. Allow a 62,000-square-foot, 1,900-seat, 12-screen movie theater, including accessory eating and drinking facilities, as well as a lounge, storage office and restrooms on 57.2 acres zoned towns.

10. Mount Hope Baptist Church, 42507 Mount Hope Road. Special exception to allow the expansion of a church on 9.92 acres zoned R-1 (single family residential).
11. FLO TV Inc. telecommunications facility, east side of Route 28, on the south side of East Severn Way and northwest of Atlantic Boulevard at 21593 and 21599 Jesse Ct. Special exception to allow expansion of a fenced telecommunications compound by about 660 square feet, permit the installation of an additional 12-foot panel antenna on an 815-foot tall telecommunications monopole and two 6-foot satellite dish antennas and associated equipment on 16.28 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).
12. Heritage Baptist Church expansion and commuter parking lot, 21700, 21704, 21708, and 21844 Shellhorn Rd. Special exception to allow the expansion of church facilities and construction of a commuter parking lot with more than 50 spaces on 1.35 acres (church) and 1.60 acres (parking lot).
