No. 1 Kansas men beat UCLA, 73-61

Markief Morris scored a career-high 19 points and No. 1 Kansas pulled away in the second half to beat UCLA, 73-61, Sunday in Los Angeles, sending the Bruins to their fourth straight loss.
Xavier Henry added 16 points for the Jayhawks (7-0), who led the entire game but allowed UCLA to get within four early in the second half.
Michael Roll scored 16 points for the Bruins (2-5), who haven't lost four in a row since 2003-04, Coach Ben Howland's first season in Westwood.
-- CONNECTICUT 79, HARVARD 73: Senior guard Jerome Dyson scored 24 points and came within an assist of a triple-double and the No. 14 Huskies (6-1) held off the visiting Crimson (6-2).
The 6-foot-4 Dyson, who has scored over 20 points in five of U-Conn.'s seven games, grabbed 14 rebounds. Jeremy Lin had 30 points for Harvard.
-- CLEMSON 72, SOUTH CAROLINA 61: Tanner Smith and Demontez Stitt scored 14 points each to help the No. 18 Tigers (7-2), at home, beat the rival Gamecocks (6-2) for the sixth straight time.
Clemson used a late 18-6 run to pull away and bounce back from a bad loss to Illinois on Wednesday night when it surrendered a 23-point second-half lead.
-- FLORIDA STATE 82, FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL 62: Deividas Dulkys finished with five three-pointers and a career-high 19 points as the No. 21 Seminoles (7-2) overcame a slow start to defeat the visiting Golden Panthers (3-8).
-- IDAHO 68, PORTLAND 48: Kashif Watson scored 15 points as the Vandals (5-2) handed the visiting No. 25 Pilots (5-3) their second straight loss since they entered the national rankings for the first time in 50 years.
It was Idaho's first win over a ranked team since it beat then-No. 16 Iowa in the first round of the 1982 NCAA tournament.
