Snow apparently helped cause a partial collapse Sunday of a house being renovated in Georgetown, a D.C. fire department spokesman said.

Scaffolding and part of a second floor roof collapsed at an unoccupied rowhouse in the 3000 block of Dumbarton Street NW, said fire department spokesman Pete Piringer. He said snow played a part in the incident. No injuries were reported.
