Projects proposed
1. Silcott Springs, southeast of Paxon and Silcott Springs Roads. Subdivide 60.61 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for seven residential lots, one rural economy lot and one open parcel.
2. Western Loudoun Sheriff Station, 47 Loudoun St. W. Special exception for a police station-substation on 14.18 acres zoned JLMA-20 (joint land management area-20).
3. Loudoun Youth Soccer Association lighting, 19798 Sycolin Rd., north of Shreve Mill Road and east of the Dulles Greenway. Special exception to allow lighting at an outdoor rural recreation establishment on 11.88 acres zoned JLMA-20 (joint land management area-20).
4. Marrwood at Stone Ridge, Section 3, south of Goshen Road and Route 50. Subdivide 82.86 acres zoned TR1 (transitional residential) for the development of 29 single-family detached lots and two open parcels.
5. Goose Creek Preserve, southwest of the Dulles Greenway and Belmont Ridge Road. Subdivide 89.11 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre) for 48 lots and four open parcels.
6. Brambleton Town Center, southwest of Ryan Road and Northstar Boulevard. Subdivide 46.47 acres zoned R-8 (residential-8 units per acre) for 114 residential townhouse lots and one open parcel.
7. Reserve at South Riding I, northeast of Tall Cedars Parkway and Planting Field Drive. Subdivide 8.11 acres zoned R-8 (residential-eight units per acre) for 40 residential townhouse lots.
8. Reserve at South Riding II, west of Poland Road and Tall Cedars Parkway. Subdivide 16.54 acres zoned R-8 (residential-eight units per acre) for 38 townhouse residential lots and nine single-family detached residential lots.
9. Clearwire-Embassy Suites, 44610 Waxpool Rd. Special exception for installation of rooftop antennas and equipment cabinet at Embassy Suites Hotel on 7.16 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).
10. Golf clubhouse at Creighton Farms, south of Creighton Farms Drive and Tyler Meadows Lane. Golf clubhouse at the Estates at Creighton Farms on 7.9 acres zoned AR2 (agricultural rural).
Projects approved
11. South Riding-Town Center condos, east of South Riding Boulevard and north of Center Street. Approval for 29 multifamily units on 2.59 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre).
12. A&A Transfer site improvements, west of Pleasant Valley Road and north of Route 50. Approval for 7,000 square feet of office and 39,490 square feet of warehouse uses with associated infrastructure on 10.91 acres zoned MR-HI (mineral resources-heavy industry).
