Adventure dining

When: Thursday through Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m., Monday through Wednesday with 48-hour advance reservations. Limit 18 people.

How much: $75 per person, including transportation to and from the Sunrise Backcountry Hut.

What: The meal consists of four courses with beer or wine. Hard liquor is available for an additional charge.

Best for: Spending more time on the mountain than in the lodge. The resort has replaced its entire fleet of rental skis, a $1 million investment it hopes will also speed the process of fitting customers with equipment.
