"America's Next Top Model" (CW at 8) kicks off Cycle 14 with a 90-minute premiere, as Tyra Banks carefully chooses the 13 finalists who will live in the New York City loft this season. After failing their respective tests, two of the most insufferable characters on "Scrubs" (ABC at 8), Cole and Kelso, learn that everyone -- even people with huge egos -- needs the support of their friends.

The Top 8 guys take their turns performing on "American Idol" (Fox at 8) before four more contestants are sent home on Thursday.

Even though Harry and Sally tried to prove this years ago, Jules still wants to show Grayson that men and women can be friends without sexual tension on "Cougar Town" (ABC at 9:30), and Andy embraces his inner bad boy when he decides to buy Laurie's motorcycle.

New series "First Love, Second Chance" (TV Land at 10) tries to reconnect past loves by forcing them to live together for a week and see if there's a spark: a couple who started a forbidden romance three years ago when Australian exchange student Garry fell madly in love with Starr Lynn, his host family's daughter.

"Ugly Betty" (ABC at 10) returns for its last batch of episodes leading up to the series finale, and everything's pretty much the same: Betty's dating a guy who's not her true love, Hilda has relationship issues, and Claire Meade is making secret plots involving members of her family.

Actress Kristen Stewart and Food Network star/NBC game show host Guy Fieri stop by "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (NBC at 11:35) with singer Ryan Bingham.

Singer Jessica Simpson and musical guests Alkaline Trio are on "Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS at 11:35), along with a Top 10 list presented by former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich.
