Daylight saving time begins Sunday

Don't forget to turn your clock one hour ahead this weekend. Daylight saving time begins 2 a.m. Sunday.
If it feels as if springing forward has sprung up on you, that's because it has.
For about two decades, daylight saving time began the first Sunday in April. But in 2005, Congress changed the date, and we've had to wake up an hour earlier even earlier since 2007.
Most people probably don't like waking up an hour early. The Los Angeles Times even says that daylight saving time could be bad for your health.
