-- The Federal Diary column on the March 18 Federal Worker page, about a congressional hearing on legislation that would allow federal employees to be fired if they don't pay their taxes, incorrectly reported that one of the witnesses, Christopher S. Rizek, a Washington tax lawyer, worked with the election campaign of Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), the sponsor of the legislation. It was Rizek's law firm, Caplin & Drysdale, that worked with the Chaffetz campaign.
