Welcome to, The Washington Post's online home for area high school sports. features a page of news and statistics for every school, player and game in the area for boys and girls basketball, open pages for you to upload your stories, pictures and videos for indoor track, ice hockey and wrestling and school-specific links for swimming to open pages on also features the ability to post stories and comments as well as photos and video on all of those pages. Follow the "Go to the Game" link at the top of any page and from there you can find instructions on how any registered user can post content to the "From the Stands" portion of every school, player and game page. To find a particular school or player you're interested in reading or writing about, type the name into the "Find Your Team/Player" search (above) or find your school on the school directory or standings page.

In addition, you'll find the type of expanded coverage we introduced to you this winter in the form of player features, game coverage, videos, photo galleries, the All-Met Watch and updates and videos on the top athletes in the area.
