Date Lab: Can you talk about E. coli over dinner? Apparently, yes.

Mike: Had it not been for the Metro, we probably would have kept talking. We exchanged numbers and gave each other a hug goodbye.

Terri: I would give the date a 5 [out of 5]. I thought the hug was perfect. Overall, it was nice to meet another student who is in the same boat. He has a really great sense of humor and didn't take himself seriously at all. He is very cool.

Mike: I give it a 4.5. It was a great dinner, a great conversation, and she is really cool. And we exchanged numbers, so I call that a good date. We will get together soon, hopefully.

Update: Has their indecisiveness hindered a second date? "I have been laying low waiting for him to make the first move," Terri says. Mike swears he's "been thinking about calling her" since returning from a trip, but whether those thoughts become reality remains to be seen.
