Former White House attorney joins McGuireWoods

John Adams, a former White House attorney and federal prosecutor, has joined McGuireWoods as a partner. He is practicing in the Richmond and Washington offices in the firm's government, regulatory and criminal investigations department. Adams was associate counsel to President George W. Bush and former assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. He also served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
