3. CANAAN VALLEY NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE VISITOR CENTER
Encompassing nearly 16,000 acres, the refuge was created to protect the valley's high-altitude wetlands. 4. BLACKWATER BIKES

5. BLACKWATER FALLS STATE PARK
