Corporate Office Properties Trust of Columbia has paid $40 million for a Tysons Corner office building that is fully leased to government contractor Mitre. The six-story Rappahannock Building at 1550 Westbranch Dr. is near the Capital Beltway and the Dulles Toll Road. The 152,000-square-foot building represents the firm's second acquisition in Tysons Corner and is part of a portfolio there that now consists of three buildings totaling about 600,000 square feet.
