HIGHLIGHTS

Chef Gordon Ramsay challenges the contestants to make a dish that costs only $10, but still seems delectable enough for a fancy restaurant on "Hell's Kitchen" (Fox at 8).

Author Sara Shepard wrote the "Pretty Little Liars" (ABC Family at 8) books series, and on Tuesday night's episode, she gets her chance to shine as a guest star; meanwhile, the girls try to figure out what to do now that they know Toby's secret.

The 100th episode of "Gene Simmons Family Jewels" (A&E at 9) plays out just like the ending of a rom-com, as the whole family runs into ridiculous problems as they all scramble to make it to Gene's Kiss show. And Gene has a wacky story line himself, as he finds a devoted Kiss groupie hiding on the tour bus.

"I'm Pregnant and . . ." (Discovery Health at 9) returns with new segments, and the first one -- which finishes the episode's title with "May Be Having a Dwarf" -- deals with a couple whose child could be born with achondroplasia dwarfism (the father is 4-foot-1).

"Downfall" (ABC at 9) wraps up for the season, so it's the last chance to see people watch their money fall off the edge of a building as they compete for the cash prize.

Documentary series "Teen Mom" (MTV at 10), continuing to follow the journey of "16 and Pregnant" stars Farrah, Maci, Amber and Catelynn, and kicks off Season 2 as the girls face all kinds of drama; including, but not limited to, Farrah calling the police on her mother, Maci battling her ex for child support, Amber's pregnancy scare and Catelynn moving home.

"I feel I'm watching an early Madonna video. . . . I'm looking in the view finder and I can't believe it -- she just channels this early Madonna vision," photographer Markus Klinko gushes on the season finale of "Double Exposure" (Bravo at 11) as he photographs "90210" actress AnnaLynne McCord. In the hour-long goodbye, Klinko and his photography partner Indrani shoot McCord for Cosmopolitan, and then travel to India for another gig.

MTV debuts a new docu-series on Tuesday night, "If You Really Knew Me" (at 11), which visits high schools around the country and tries to get them to reenact "The Breakfast Club" -- or at least open up a dialogue between the school's various cliques. The premiere, which takes place in Northern California, focuses on a popular athlete who speaks out against racism.

Actor Steve Carell stops by "Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS at 11:35), along with actress Selena Gomez and musical guest Sheryl Crow.

"The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (NBC at 11:35) hosts Zac Efron, "supernatural entertainer" Lior Suchard and a performance by the Black Keys.
