SRA International acquires Sentech

Fairfax-based government contractor SRA International has acquired Sentech, an energy management consulting firm headquartered in Bethesda. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sentech does extensive work with the Energy Department and its national laboratories, and the deal follows close on the heels of SRA's acquisition of the environmental consultancy Perrin Quarles Associates. SRA said Sentech is expected to contribute about $30 million in revenue for fiscal year 2011.
