BOUNDARIES: Lansdowne is bordered approximately by Lansdowne Boulevard to the east, the Potomac River to the north and Route 7 to the south and extends a mile past Goose Creek to the west.

SCHOOLS: Seldens Landing Elementary School, Belmont Ridge Middle School, Tuscarora High School.

HOME SALES: In the past 12 months, 72 houses have sold at prices ranging from $345,000 to $1.225 million, according to Carolyn Gierer and Lisa Picciolo of Weichert Realtors. Forty-six townhouses sold at prices ranging from $270,000 to $585,000. Recently, 22 houses were on the market, priced from $550,000 to $999,999. Nine townhouses were on the market, priced from $375,000 to $618,000. Twenty-four houses were under contract, priced from $425,000 to $1.05 million. Six townhouses were under contract, at prices ranging from $364,888 to $554,800.
