Oil spill: The latest developments

-- BP finished pumping cement into its blown-out oil well Thursday, sealing it off and setting up a planned permanent kill later this month.

-- Chemical dispersants used to break up oil are unlikely to accumulate in seafood and do not pose a public health concern, the Food and Drug Administration said in an analysis released by Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.).
