WILL SAVE ON RENT WITH MOVE

WASHINGTON

Leadership Directories, which bills itself the nation's leading provider of premium contact information, is moving its local office from 1001 G St. NW after signing a 10-year lease for office space at 1667 K St. NW, according to Studley, which negotiated the deal.

Brokering the agreement for the tenant were Studley's executive managing director, Jeff Shrago, and associate Chase Bourdelaise. Peter McGill of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, James Campbell Co.

Under the deal, Leadership Directories was able to reduce its rent by about $15 a square foot annually, a company official said.
