Tuesday morning, Sandra Bullock sits down with Matt Lauer on "Today" (NBC at 7) for an interview at Warren Easton Charter High School in New Orleans, a school where Bullock just helped fund a new health clinic. Plus, she talks about her son, Louis -- whom she adopted from New Orleans -- and Lauer marvels at her ability to adopt a child without TMZ or Perez Hilton finding out first.

If you're DVRing reruns or reality shows on broadcast networks, then set your DVR accordingly, because President Obama's Presidential Address (airing at 8 p.m. on channels including NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, PBS, CNN, Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, CNBC and C-SPAN) will be altering Tuesday night's prime-time schedule. The speech, expected to last about 15 minutes, will push back the programs on broadcast TV.

"Samantha Brown: Passport to Weekends" (Travel at 8, 9, 10) airs back-to-back-to-back episodes, but only those with deep pockets should count on her ideas for weekend travel, as she heads to Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Ireland.

On NBC, a new episode of "Minute to Win It" will start around 8:20, while the top 12 acts perform on "America's Got Talent" (at 9).

Neal and Peter work on a tricky case involving a dead researcher at a technology company on "White Collar" (USA at 9), as the more the company insists that it was the crime of a competitor, the more Neal and Peter believe it was an inside job.

Even Shaquille O'Neal can't escape the pop-culture phenom that is Justin Bieber -- Shaq takes on the teen singing sensation on the season finale of "Shaq VS" (ABC at 9:15), as the NBA star competes against The Bieber to see who has more sweet dance moves during a performance in front of thousands of squealing fangirls. And as his final challenge, Shaq heads to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to face off with Kimmel in a duel for the funniest monologue.

"Rescue Me" (FX at 10) wraps up for the sixth season, and on the last new episode before the show enters its final season next year, Tommy and Sheila deal with the aftermath of Damien's accident.

Stylist Rachel makes the mistake of thinking she has a moment to relax on "The Rachel Zoe Project" (Bravo at 10), but just as she starts to unwind after a meeting in London with Kate Hudson, she discovers a client's Oscar dress has suddenly disappeared.

Actor Michael Douglas is a guest on "Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS at 11:35).

"The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (NBC at 11:35) hosts reality star Kim Kardashian, Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) and singer Norah Jones.
