At 'Dancing,' were those boos for Mama Grizzly?

Did former Alaska guv/TLC reality star/Fox News Channel contributor Sarah Palin get the raspberry from ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" audience Monday night?

Palin was sitting in the front row Monday to watch the live broadcast, which included a performance by daughter/Teen Abstinence Advocate Bristol Palin.

Bristol had not yet performed when, about halfway through the two-hour show, "Dirty Dancing" star Jennifer Grey wowed the three judges with her jive to the tune "Shake It." Which Grey did. And then some. Dressed in one of those non-modest dresses for which "Dancing" is so well known -- in Grey's case, a gold eyelet fringe miniskirted number -- that is short on fabric and long on skin.

After performing and getting comments from the judges, Grey and her dance partner, Derek Hough, went backstage for the traditional blah-blah-blah with host Brooke Burke, who was dressed in some gravity-defying skintight floor-length gown.

The judges scores were read off: Grey got a whopping 24 points out of 30. Grey and Hough hugged.

"How does that feel?!" Burke emoted.

"We're exhausted, but it was a lot of fun," Hough responded happily.

"Well," Brooke said, turning to talk to viewers at home, "if you don't want them to meet the same shock that ended David Hasselhoff's ballroom dreams, then you need to support them right now" -- just as boos began to be erupt from the audience.

"There's booing in the ballroom -- we don't know why," a perplexed Brooke reported as the booing grew louder.

"Why is there booing?" Grey asked.

"I don't know," Brooke said. Then, with that show-must-go-on-ness that separates amateurs from troupers, Brooke picked up right where she had left off:
