HIGHLIGHTS

On Tuesday night, Cartoon Network launches the live-action series "Tower Prep" (at 8 p.m.), about a budding teen hero who wakes up and discovers he's in a mysterious academy for kids just like him -- in other words, teens with "special abilities." However, because no one will tell him what the heck is going on, or why he was placed in the new school with no outside world contact, he bands together with several other suspicious students to uncover the secret.
