Washington's college football bowl game has been renamed the Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman, according to a source with knowledge of the change.

An official announcement, and the designation of the USO as the game's charitable beneficiary, will be announced during a news conference Tuesday afternoon at the Washington Convention Center.

The game had been called the EagleBank Bowl the past two years. EagleBank is staying on as a principal sponsor, the source said.

The Military Bowl, slated to be contested between teams from the ACC and Conference USA, will be played Dec. 29th at RFK Stadium. UCLA defeated Temple, 30-21, in last year's game.
