Metro Crime Stoppers, a nonprofit group, will pay up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in connection with felonies. Tips can be submitted anonymously by telephone, Internet or text message. Call the 24-hour hotline at 866-756-2587, visit or text to 274637. For text messages, type the letters "mcs" without the quote marks in the text field, then hit the space key before writing the crime tip. If the text is received, you will receive an acknowledgment.

Glen Burnie area


QUARTERFIELD PARK RD., 7800 block, 9:15 p.m. Oct. 24. Two males approached a car from behind at a drive-through ATM and robbed the driver of cash at gunpoint.

Hanover area


ARUNDEL MILLS BLVD., 7000 block, 1:44 a.m. Oct. 22. A gunman approached a car at a drive-through ATM. The driver saw him and drove away. The gunman ran toward a restaurant and fled in a vehicle.

TEAGUE RD., 7500 block, 12:46 p.m. Oct. 25. Two males attempted to rob a female while she was loading suitcases into her vehicle at a hotel. The female shouted for help, and the males fled in a dark blue Ford Explorer with a brown stripe and a piece of newspaper covering the tag.

Linthicum Heights area


HAMMONDS FERRY RD., 700 block, 7:46 p.m. Oct. 25. A man in a white pickup offered a ride to a 13-year-old female pedestrian. The girl refused, and the man followed her to the next intersection, continuing to try to lure her. The girl quickly walked away and reported the incident to an adult at her destination.


NURSERY RD., 800 block, 8:15 p.m. Oct. 20. Two males in a maroon two-door hatchback robbed a male of cash after he withdrew funds from an ATM.
