Rowling says 'Hallows 1' is her 'favorite' film yet

-- Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling calls "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows-Part 1" her favorite movie in the series so far.

"This is my favorite film of the lot. So it's a very exciting evening, but I'm looking forward to seeing it again. I've only seen it once finished," she said before a movie screening in London last week.

"Deathly Hallows" based on roughly the first half of the last book in the Potter series will be in theaters Friday. (Right, like we really needed to tell you that!)

In the movie Harry, Ron and Hermione set out on a mission to track down and destroy the secret to evil Lord Voldemort's immortality and destruction: the Horcruxes. But without the comfort of Hogwarts school, the three struggle to remain friends.

As for whether there will ever be another Potter book: "I think it's over but . . . I've learned I'm not just going to say it's over, it's over, it's over completely. I don't know."
