Washington insiders know that the best treat you can give yourself this frenzied holiday season is to set aside Dec. 3 or 4 for the annual St. Albans Christmas House Tour. The houses are usually stunning private residences that you'd never get to see unless you are lucky enough to know the owners and make the cut for a festive party.
