It wasn't the turkey and stuffing that had all those teenage girls swarming around one of the waiters at Wednesday's annual Safeway Thanksgiving feast at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in the District. R&B crooner Raheem DeVaughn told The Post's Hamil R. Harris that he was happy to be home for the holidays and to help spread a little cheer. "This is my second year," said DeVaughn, a 1993 graduate of High Point High School in Beltsville. "I think this is a great thing to do with the climate in the country and this time of the season, giving back to let people know that we care about them and put a smile on their face."
