Peterson, Bozzuto announce National Harbor plans

HARBOR PAIR: Developers join in a National Harbor project

The Peterson Cos. and the Bozzuto Group, two D.C.-area development companies, said they have formed a joint venture to build a 350-unit apartment complex and 25,000 square feet of retail space at National Harbor. Construction is slated to start next fall, with move-in scheduled for 2013. The building is going up near a new CVS and Potomac Gourmet Market in the Prince George's County community being developed by the Peterson Cos.
