Lydia Hearst, 26, model and publishing heiress, is speculated to star as a rich and stuck-up movie actress whose hard-partying ways and failed rehab stints end her career.
"We have a very strong case. [It] is definitely based on Lindsay's likeness," Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, 48, told TMZ.com.
"They are again using her likeness without her being compensated. Not only that but they are advertising the fact that they are using her likeness," the family's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said.
The screenwriter for the film, Charles Casillo, was quoted in the New York Post's Page Six explicitly linking the main character to Lohan, 24. "I originally said that the character is a composite of many young starlets today . . . including Lindsay Lohan. . . . It is by no means 'The Lindsay Lohan Story,' " Casillo later told Entertainment Weekly.
UsMagazine.com reports that Reese Witherspoon is engaged to Hollywood agent Jim Toth. "They are extremely happy," the actress's rep told the magazine.
Tennessee Titan Chris Johnson was spotted Monday night at 17th and I's Eden lounge. In town for a charity event, Johnson, 25, enjoyed bottle service while signing autographs and buying drinks for fans. Also there: R&B singer Raheem DeVaughn, 35.
