After all the holiday feasting, you may need a little extra help with your new year's resolution to shed some pounds. Here's a handful of exercise classes to get you moving. The best part: They're free!

Start Saturday afternoons with a one-hour community class at 12:30 p.m. The lineup between now and March includes yoga, Pilates and "Shake Your Soul" lessons. Classes are free, but any donations go to the teacher's favorite charity. 3838 Northampton St. NW. 202-686-1104. www.circleyoga.com .
