HOME SALES: In the past 12 months, six houses sold at prices ranging from $695,000 to $1.495 million, according to Ellen Wilner of Coldwell Banker. Four townhouses sold, priced from $485,000 to $725,000. Recently, four houses were on the market, priced from $695,000 to $1.9 million. Two houses were under contract, for $739,500 and $1.135 million; and one cooperative was under contract, priced at $529,000.
