There were 162 sales of condos and co-ops, with prices ranging from $166,000 to $2.3 million. Recently, three townhouses were on the market, priced from $679,000 to $1.795 million, as were 103 condos and co-ops, priced from $170,000, to $3.5 million. There were 14 condos or co-ops under contract, priced from $230,000 to $1.295 million.
