HOME SALES: In the past 12 months, 31 houses sold at prices ranging from $540,000 to $1.25 million, according to Julie Six of Long & Foster. Sixteen townhouses sold, priced from $620,000 to $890,000, and nine condos sold, priced from $383,000 to $755,000. Recently one house was on the market, for $1.095 million; two townhouses, for $1.29 million and $1.395 million, and two condos, for $725,000 and $1.85 million. Two houses were under contract, for $674,900 and $899,900; one townhouse, for $765,000; and one condo, for $350,000.
