How hard is it to reduce your salt?
The government would like almost half of U.S. residents to limit their sodium intake to no more than 1,500 milligrams a day. Nutritionists say chefs and food processors, with their high-sodium products, make that number virtually impossible to achieve. We decided to see whether that's true.
