You left out Tunnicliff's

I cannot believe that your article in the Feb. 18 "Weekend" about spots not to miss near Eastern Market and Barracks Row did not even mention Tunnicliff's Tavern, just across from Eastern Market.

Tunnicliff's, a classic watering hole, has been around at least 30 years, way before anything else in this area. All kinds of political types hang out there.

It is a real "Cheers" kind of place. Many different Capitol Hill groups of people use it as a rendezvous point at various times during the week. Since its renovation a little more than six years ago, it has become a great place to have good, reasonably priced food in the dining room or to just grab a cold one and people-watch out front in the outdoor seating.

You missed this one.
