HOME SALES: Seventy-seven houses were sold last year in Greenbriar, at prices ranging from $290,000 to $500,000, according to Joe Dettor of Keller Williams. Recently, 10 houses were listed for sale, at prices ranging from $389,900 to $495,000. Nine were under contract.
