Please help me to understand why a federal judge's decision in Washington, D.C., to throw out a lawsuit claiming that the health-care law is unconstitutional was relegated to a minor story on Page B4 in the Metro section ["Federal judge rejects health-care lawsuit," Feb. 23] while a Florida judge's decision that the health-care law is unconstitutional was front-page news Feb. 1.

I realize that The Post tries to be bipartisan in its news coverage, but this time you leaned way too far.
