Unlike Christopher Doyle [Free for All, March 5], I encourage The Post to continue its use of quotation marks when referring to "ex-gays."
Thousands of gay men and lesbians were once in heterosexual relationships. These gays are not referred to as "ex-straight," nor should they be; that is because they were gay all along. If Doyle is indeed straight, he probably always was, despite any homosexual relationships that he may have had.
