TOKYO -- Nuclear officials says three workers have been exposed to radioactive elements and injured at Japan's tsunami-crippled plant. Fumio Matsuda, a spokesman for the nuclear safety agency, says the three workers were exposed to radioactive elements while laying electrical cables Thursday at the Fukushima Dai-chi plant.

He says two of the workers were sent to a hospital for treatment.
