Many Iraqis Ready to Take Over, Talabani Says

Iraq's 60,000 trained troops are ready to take over for U.S. forces in new areas of Iraq, according to Iraqi President Jalal Talabani. He told The Washington Post that as many as 40,000 to 50,000 U.S. personnel could withdraw from Iraq by the end of the year. Listen to edited excerpts.
