Jose Antonio Vargas, Washington Post reporter, describes the impetus behind the "Living HIV Quilt." The Quilt, which launched on Dec. 1, 2006 in conjunction with World AIDS Day, provides a snapshot of some of the people in the District area who are living with AIDS/HIV.
