Audio: Therapist Requests Peace Order Against Ivins

This audio is from a July 24, 2008, hearing in Frederick District Court. Jean C. Duley, Bruce E. Ivins's therapist, had requested a temporary peace order against the scientist for alleged threats Ivins had made against co-workers at Fort Detrick. Ivins was ordered to stay away from Duley, but a follow-up hearing was cancelled when Ivins apparently committed suicide. Audio by Frederick County District Court
