"The hair has not been an issue in the election," said the Belgian-born celebrity stylist -- the man behind Bill Clinton's infamous $200 Air Force One haircut on the LAX tarmac in 1993 and the fuss over John Kerry's $75 'do in the '04 race. "It's been pretty boring as far as hair is concerned." Of course, this cycle did bring us John Edwards's $400 trim. Cristophe was not implicated in that one, but he's sympathetic. "If he's in Malibu, say, the [stylist] has to drive an hour to get there, an hour back, maybe wait an hour. The cost is maybe not that outrageous."
