The FCC vs. Indecency
The Federal Communications Commission has proposed at least 92 indecency fines since the first in 1970. It has taken the agency an average of 16 months to investigate and rule on indecency complaints from their date of broadcast, taking up to 56 months in one case. Full list of FCC indecency fines
