Mamoun Fandy, senior fellow for Mideast security at the International Institute for Strategic Studies, will be online Monday, Dec. 10 at 10 a.m. ET from Bahrain to discuss Iraq, Iran, and the recently concluded Manama Dialogue on Persian Gulf security that included 23 official government delegations from the region.

Fandy previously has served as Senior Fellow of Arab and Middle East Politics at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University in the U.S, Senior Fellow at the United States Institute of Peace, professor of Middle East politics at the Near East–South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA) at the National Defense University, and professor of Arab politics at Georgetown University.
