Signs of Success in Iraq

There are initial signs that Baghdad residents are regaining some sense of normalcy -- markets reopened and people began to venture out into the streets more frequently. Still, "normal" life remains out of reach for many residents, as they continue to face limited electricity supplies, damaged roads, and broken water and sewer systems.
