In Baghdad, Much Work Left to Be Done

Improved security in Iraq's capital city is allowing residents to reclaim some sense of normalcy. But the effects of five years of conflict are apparent throughout the city -- a damaged infrastructure that leaves many without reliable electricity, running water and other basic services.
