2008 State of the Union Address

On Jan. 28, 2008, President George W. Bush traveled to Capitol Hill to deliver his last annual State of the Union Address to Congress. In his speech, he urged lawmakers to join together to cut wasteful spending, maintain support for U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, and to renew the No Child Left Behind law.
