The Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks left an indelible mark on the Bush presidency, with much of his two terms focused on winning subsequent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. But Bush also pushed a domestic agenda focused on issues like tax cuts, education reform and stem cell research.
