The Faces of Mountaintop Mining

Residents of southern West Virginia react to a recent directive by the Environmental Protection Agency that seemed to first crack down on mountaintop mining but then ease off. Mountaintop mining is the process of blasting the peaks off mountains to get the coal inside.
