Ethiopian Airlines plane crashes off Lebanon

A plane carrying 90 people caught fire and crashed into the sea minutes after taking off from Beirut early Monday, Jan. 25, setting off a frantic search as debris washed ashore. Dozens of bodies were recovered and more feared dead.

Article | BEIRUT -- Crews from several countries combed the sea off the coast of Lebanon on Tuesday but all 90 people aboard an Ethiopian Airlines jet were feared dead after the plane went down in flames during a stormy night of lightning and thunderstorms.
